To get started planning your own unique event, you can start by submitting a form online for either a Private Events or a Local Fundraiser.
Once you fill out an inquiry form your Event Coordinator will be in touch via email shortly to send you some more specific details/questions about your event. Respond to their email with your preferred date/time and any venue preferences you have. For this step you are either free to communicate via email or opt to have a phone call to discuss the details of your event.
After we've chatted about your event, you Event Coordinator will work with you to secure your preferred date/time with both the venue and one of our Master Artists.
In the meantime, you can start thinking about your painting or project choice. (There are tons of paintings in our gallery to choose from so why not start by thinking of some themes you are interested in, that can help us narrow it down)
Once the date, time, venue and Master Artist are confirmed, your Event Coordinator will send you a link for you to pay the $100 deposit. Once paid, you’ll receive your Event Link so you can start selling tickets!
