To get a ticket to Paint Nite, you must reserve one on our website using either a credit/debit card or a voucher code.
You might have noticed some changes to our website. We hope you think the new event calendar is easier to use! But, since it's new for us, too, we're going to walk you through buying a ticket step by step. If you're just looking for a quick breakdown, we'll include that too.
The quick breakdown is this:
1. Find an event you love on our event calendar.
2. Select the image to view event details.
3. Click the "Buy Tickets" button.
4. Fill in your information (and your guest's information if it's not a surprise) and complete the checkout process. This is where you should enter any coupon or voucher codes that you want to apply (this option will show once you've selected "Continue to Payment").
5. Once your information is complete click "Submit Order". Bam! All set. You should see a confirmation screen and get an email within an hour or two.
Here's the step-by-step version!
First things first! Head to paintnite.com to find an event that works for you.
It should start like this:
Type in your location (we use Google's map search, so you can enter your city and state, or a zipcode, etc.), and hit "search" to bring up our event calendar. You can also hit "events" at the top of the page.
Here's where that will take you:
Here, you can use the search tools to adjust the dates to a range that works for you and select the number of tickets you want to buy. If location is your most important factor, you can click the map icon in the top right corner under the word "search" to display a map view of upcoming events that met your search criteria.
You can click on the image of a painting to be taken to the Event Info page, where you can read more about the artist, venue, and painting, and get any information specific to that event.
From the event info page, you can click the "Buy Tickets" button once you've found the perfect Paint Nite! This will bring you to checkout where you enter your information and complete your reservation.
Then you're just about done!
Here, you can also enter information for any guests you are purchasing tickets for. If you are trying to plan a surprise, don't include your guest's email address, or they'll get a confirmation and ruin the surprise! You can leave the guest information blank if you'd like. Only your name and email is required for purchase.
Once you're all set, hit "Continue to Payment" at the bottom of the screen. Here you can enter any discount codes, voucher codes, or gift ticket codes you may have, along with your credit card information (if applicable).
If you applied a voucher code or discount, make sure that it is reflected in the order total on the right hand side of the screen before you hit "submit order".
Once you've submitted, you'll be brought to a confirmation screen, and you should receive a confirmation email in the next couple of hours.
So just sit back, relax, and enjoy your event!
