You may need that code for rescheduling on our website, or for contacting customer service.
- If you need to reschedule your event, you can use the auto-reschedule tool on the Customer Service section of the website. It will prompt you for the verification code for any tickets you have.
- If you need to contact customer service, you can email us at email@example.com for the quickest reply. Please include your name, the email address you used when signing up, and your verification code, so we can find your ticket. Our customer service specialists would be happy to help!
You do not need to bring your verification code with you when you check in at your event. Your name is on a guest list, so all you need to bring with you is a name, and your ID for delicious cocktails (and in some cases, admission to the bar/restaurant).
If you can't find it, or didn't receive an email when you signed up, check your spam filter. Sometimes we wind up in spam by mistake. Make sure you've added firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book, so that our emails get to you on time, every time.
If you still can't find it, contact Customer Service at email@example.com. Please include the names and the email addresses you used when you signed up. That way we can grab the codes you need and send them your way!
