A verification code is what you need for rescheduling on our website, or for contacting customer service. It can be found in the confirmation email we sent you when you first made your reservation. If you need to reschedule your event, you can use the auto-reschedule tool on the Customer Service section of our website. It’ll prompt you for the verification code for any tickets you have.

If you still can't find it, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Please include the names and the email addresses you used when you signed up. That way we can grab the codes you need and send them your way!
You don’t need to bring your verification code with you when you check in at your event. Your name is on our guest list, so all you need to bring with you is your ID if you plan on indulging in delicious cocktails (and in some cases, admission to the bar/restaurant).
