As long as your event hasn’t begun yet, you can reschedule. However, if your event is in the next 48 hours, you’ll be charged a $20 per-ticket reschedule fee.However, if your event was canceled by us, you won’t be charged a fee. In either of those cases, you can reschedule yourself by using the reschedule tool on our website. Please see the links below for your event type:
On that page, just enter the verification code we sent you when you made your original reservation and follow the prompts to get a code to rebook with. If nothing on the calendar works right now, don't worry, reschedule codes never expire! If the tool asks for a credit card, it’ll be to cover the $20 per-ticket reschedule fee. If your event is more than 48 hours away and you’re still being asked for a credit card, please email us instead of completing the process!
