Here are a few things to know about using your coupon/voucher codes for an event:
Most vouchers (like Groupon codes) are for single tickets, so if you're trying to purchase more than one ticket to an event, you'll need to apply each voucher individually. Be sure to enter each code into the "Gift Card/Coupon/Voucher" field separately and select “apply” each time.
If your code is expired or if the event you selected doesn’t accept voucher codes, your voucher code won’t work. You won't be able to use your voucher at some Special Events that don’t accept discounts or coupons. Please verify on the event details page that your event isn’t listed as a Special Event.
If your voucher isn’t bringing your total to $0, it could mean one of two things: Either you’re buying a ticket in Canada, or you’re using a coupon code that has a partial discount. First, verify that you’re entering your voucher correctly. It’s always best to copy and paste if possible.
I’m buying in Canada: In Canada, our vouchers don’t cover the taxes for your area. This means you must pay the tax at the time of checkout, and we’ll need your credit card in order to reserve your ticket.
I’m using a coupon code: If you received a code from an email, a Creative Host, or a business card, it may be for a discount. The code should give you a discounted rate, but won’t drop the price to zero. You’ll need to enter a credit card to purchase your ticket.
Please note that only one voucher code or discount can be applied per ticket. Our prices make sure that our Creative Hosts get compensated for their time, the canvas , the paint, the supplies and all of the work they put into preparing the event.
